By using Custom Essentials’ services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Intellectual Property
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they own, or have obtained permission to use, any 3D model files submitted for printing. By submitting files, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights.
Custom Essentials and its partners are not liable for any copyright or licensing violations. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
2. Customer Responsibility
When submitting a design (including .STL files), customers confirm that they have full rights or permission to use the file. Any misrepresentation of ownership is the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom Essentials may refuse any print request that appears to violate these terms.
3. Liability
Custom Essentials is not liable for any misuse of printed items, including but not limited to safety, durability, or unintended applications. Products are provided “as is” and intended for general hobbyist and professional use only, not for medical, food, or safety-critical purposes.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, refunds are only offered in cases of defective prints or errors caused by Custom Essentials. Cancellations may not be accepted once printing has started.
5. Prohibited Submissions
- Any models that violate intellectual property rights (e.g., CC BY-NC, copyrighted designs).
- Models intended for dangerous, illegal, or unsafe purposes.
- Files containing malicious or harmful code.
6. Enforcement
Orders may be cancelled without notice if we believe they breach these terms. Repeat violations may result in refusal of service.
7. Changes to Disclaimer
Custom Essentials reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Customers should review this page regularly to stay informed.
